People are trying to make it so that you are able to stay fit in space. The reason they are trying to do this is because astronauts lose bone mass and muscle mass in space and that can really effect them in a bad way. People have invented pedaling a bike in space. This bike spins you around while you peddle and this lets you feel like you are on earth. Also people are using this bike because in space your heart gets weaker and the bike will help it stay strong. Now people are starting to say that exercise is good for space travel and I think that they are right seeing the research I have done. Scientists now believe that rowing is one of the best exercises you can do to be fit for space. The reason for this is that since rowing takes so much in endurance it builds and grows your heart so that you will be very fit for space.
