Christmas is when we celebrate Jesus Christ's birthday. Christians believe that Jesus was God's only son and that he died for our sins. This might not be true but it is what we believe. Other people just believe that Jesus isn't God's son but that he was a prophet. The story begins when Mary and Joesph are engaged but Mary gets pregnant but Joesph knew it wasn't his baby so he decides to divorce her but quietly so she wouldn't be disgraced. But in a dream of Joepsh, an angel visited and explained that Mary was pregnant though the Holy Spirit and that the baby would be God's only son and Messiah which means God with us. So Joesph took Mary as his wife. But at this time, the Caeser of Rome at that time was Augustus, and he decided it was time to take a census, and everyone in the Roman Empire needs to go to his own town to register. So they had to go to Bethlehem. But when they got there, it was too crowded and no room in the inn. But the inn manager took pity on them because Mary was pregnant and let them in the Stable. There, Mary gave birth to Jesus. At the time there were three wisemen in the East. And when Jesus was born a star rose up. The three wsemen knew this star mean that the King of Jews was born. So they searched for Mary and gave them gifts. And also angels rushed to shepards telling them that Jesus Christ was born. So the shepards decided to go visit the baby. And when they found him, they began to spread word. King Harold was king of Judea after Jesus was born. He was afraid that Jesus was going to take his throne when he was older. So he sent Magi, one of the wise men, to find him so he could worship him. But secretly he was going to kill the baby. So Magi found him but in a dream an angel warned that King Harold was going to kill him so he never returned to the king. And that is the story of Jesus Christ being born.
