Sushi

My family makes sushi every year during winter break. We make it for New Years and Christmas. It is really fun because my whole family works together to make it. It is also really yummy!

Ingredients:
Cooked rice
Vinegar powder mix
Dried Nori (nori is a speacial kind of seaweed)
Rice Vinegar
Eggie
Pink Pickles
Anything else you want in your sushi!

Utensils
Bamboo Mat
Bowl (for rice vineger)
Bowl (for cooked rice)
spoon (to mix vineger mix)
plate (for finished work of art)
Knife (to cut rolls)

Step 1: Mix the Vineger mix into the cooked rice
.

Step 2: Place a toasted sheet of Nori on Bamboo Mat. Then put a mound of rice on the nori.

Step 3: Dip your fingers in the rice vineger so that the rice does not stick to your fingers. Then spread rice on the nori. But leave a little strip at the top of the nori free of rice.

Step 4: Put, what you want in your sushi, in the middle of your rice.

Step 5: Roll!

Step 6: You are done! If you want you can cut the roll into slices. The slices should be about 1 inch wide.
